In this role, you will work closely with senior engineering and product teams to translate product vision into robust code. You will build and optimize full-stack web/mobile applications, integrate AI/ML capabilities, and implement scalable feature architectures. Key Responsibilities

● Full-Stack Execution: Develop, test, and deploy clean, maintainable code for web and mobile applications using modern frontend and backend frameworks.
● AI & Feature Implementation: Assist in embedding GenAI models, LLMs (Large Language Models), and RAG frameworks directly into application features.
● Prompt Engineering: Write, test, and optimize prompt templates and basic chaining mechanisms to ensure precise and high-quality AI outputs.
● Collaborative Engineering: Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers and senior engineers to scope technical tasks, build feature components, and match user needs.
● AI-Assisted Development: Utilize next-generation AI code editors (like Cursor) and tools to maximize coding velocity, prototyping speed, and delivery standards.

Required Technical Skills & Competencies

● Education: B.Tech / M.Tech from IITs, NITs, BITS, or equivalent premier institutions with an outstanding academic and DSA/problem-solving track record.
● Full-Stack Foundations:
▪ Backend: Strong programming logic in Python (Django/FastAPI), Node.js, Go, or Java.
▪ Frontend: Good hands-on familiarity with React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
● AI/ML Curiosity & Foundations:
▪ Academic projects or internship experience working with APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude) and open-source models (Llama, Mistral).
▪ Familiarity with foundational GenAI concepts, LangChain/LlamaIndex frameworks, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB).
● AI Developer Tools: Hands-on comfort using AI-native development environments like Cursor or GitHub Copilot to streamline coding.
● Product Mindset: Ability to quickly understand System Design basics, interpret PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), and write code that directly delivers business value.
● DevOps Basics: Conceptual or practical exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker containers, and basic CI/CD workflows.
