Backend Developer (0–3 Years Experience)
Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Backend Developer (0–3 Years Experience) to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in backend development, database management, and API development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable server-side applications while collaborating with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and services.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
Integrate applications with databases, third-party APIs, and external services.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve backend issues.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Write unit tests and participate in code reviews.
Maintain technical documentation for backend services and APIs.
Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and development practices.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of at least one backend programming language such as Java, Python, Node.js, C#, PHP, or Go.
Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Express.js, Django, Flask, ASP.NET Core, or Laravel.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is an advantage.
Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in Backend Development or Software Development.
Fresh graduates with internship or academic project experience are encouraged to apply.
Personal projects or GitHub repositories demonstrating backend development skills are a plus.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Docker and containerization.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Basic knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, PyTest, or Jest is an added advantage.
