Backend Developer (0-3 Years Experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Backend Developer (0-3 Years Experience) to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in backend development, API design, database management, and server-side programming. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing scalable backend applications while collaborating with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications.

- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.

- Integrate backend services with databases, third-party APIs, and external systems.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve backend issues.

- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing features with backend services.

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.

- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

- Maintain technical documentation for APIs and backend services.

- Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of at least one backend programming language such as Java, Python, Node.js, C#, PHP, or Go.

- Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Express.js, Django, Flask, ASP.NET Core, Laravel, or NestJS.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.

- Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.

- Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis.

- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.

- Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.

- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.

- Familiarity with Linux/Unix command-line basics.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 0-3 years of experience in Backend Development or Software Development.

- Fresh graduates with internship experience or strong backend development projects are encouraged to apply.

- GitHub portfolio or personal projects demonstrating backend development skills are an added advantage.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Docker and containerization.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

- Basic understanding of Microservices Architecture.

- Knowledge of message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.

- Familiarity with API documentation tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI.
