C++ Developer (0–3 Years Experience)
Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented C++ Developer (0–3 Years Experience) to join our software development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in C++ programming, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures & Algorithms, and software development principles. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain applications using C++.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards.
Develop, test, and debug software applications.
Analyze software requirements and implement technical solutions.
Optimize application performance and memory usage.
Implement object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
Develop reusable software components and libraries.
Collaborate with frontend, backend, QA, and product teams.
Participate in code reviews and software testing activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
Maintain technical documentation for developed modules.
Stay updated with modern C++ standards and software development practices.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of C++ (C++11/14/17 or later).
Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
Understanding of pointers, memory management, and multithreading.
Familiarity with STL (Standard Template Library).
Knowledge of file handling and exception handling.
Familiarity with debugging tools such as GDB or Visual Studio Debugger.
Experience with Git and version control systems.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Basic knowledge of Linux operating system and shell commands.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in C++ development or software development.
Fresh graduates with strong academic projects, internships, or competitive programming experience are encouraged to apply.
GitHub profile or personal C++ projects are an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with CMake and build systems.
Basic knowledge of Boost C++ Libraries.
Understanding of Design Patterns.
Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Google Test (gTest).
Basic knowledge of networking and socket programming.
Familiarity with database concepts (MySQL or SQLite).
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Docker is an advantage.
