Frontend Developer (0-3 Years Experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Frontend Developer (0-3 Years Experience) to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern frontend technologies, responsive web design, and user interface development. You will be responsible for building responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications while collaborating with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks.

- Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components.

- Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive web interfaces.

- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend issues.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience with at least one frontend framework such as React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or Next.js.

- Good understanding of responsive web design principles.

- Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.

- Knowledge of component-based architecture.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

- Experience with Git and version control systems.

- Basic understanding of browser debugging tools and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with npm, Vite, Webpack, or similar build tools.

- Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 0-3 years of experience in Frontend Development or Web Development.

- Fresh graduates with internship experience or strong frontend projects are encouraged to apply.

- GitHub portfolio or personal projects demonstrating frontend development skills are an added advantage.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with TypeScript.

- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, NgRx, or Pinia.

- Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.

- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Knowledge of SEO best practices for web applications.
