Next.js Developer (0-3 Years Experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Next.js Developer (0-3 Years Experience) to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Next.js, React.js, JavaScript, and modern frontend development practices. You will be responsible for building high-performance, SEO-friendly, and scalable web applications while collaborating with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js and React.js.

- Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components.

- Develop server-side rendered (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and client-side rendered applications.

- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Optimize applications for speed, SEO, scalability, and performance.

- Implement routing, authentication, and authorization features.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend issues.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across multiple devices.

- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Stay updated with the latest Next.js, React, and frontend technologies.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Next.js and React.js.

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.

- Experience with React Hooks, functional components, and component lifecycle.

- Knowledge of Next.js Routing, SSR, SSG, and ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration).

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

- Experience with Git and version control systems.

- Familiarity with npm, Yarn, and package management.

- Basic understanding of Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.

- Knowledge of browser debugging tools and frontend performance optimization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 0-3 years of experience in Next.js, React.js, or Frontend Development.

- Fresh graduates with strong academic projects or internship experience are encouraged to apply.

- GitHub portfolio or personal projects demonstrating Next.js development skills are a plus.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI.

- Familiarity with NextAuth.js, JWT authentication, or OAuth.

- Basic knowledge of Node.js and backend integration.

- Understanding of SEO optimization and web performance best practices.

- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
