Next.js Developer (0–3 Years Experience)
Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Next.js Developer (0–3 Years Experience) to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Next.js, React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices. You will be responsible for building responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications while collaborating with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js and React.js.
Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components.
Develop responsive and mobile-friendly user interfaces.
Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR) where appropriate.
Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
Optimize applications for speed, SEO, and overall performance.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend issues.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and QA engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest Next.js, React, and frontend technologies.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Next.js and React.js.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
Experience with React Hooks, functional components, and component lifecycle.
Familiarity with Next.js Routing (App Router or Pages Router).
Knowledge of SSR, SSG, ISR, and Client-Side Rendering (CSR).
Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with Axios, Fetch API, or similar HTTP clients.
Experience with Git and version control systems.
Knowledge of npm, Yarn, or pnpm.
Understanding of browser debugging tools and performance optimization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in Next.js, React.js, or Frontend Development.
Fresh graduates with strong Next.js or React projects are encouraged to apply.
GitHub portfolio or personal projects demonstrating Next.js development skills are highly preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI.
Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Context API, or Zustand.
Basic understanding of authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, or NextAuth.js.
Experience with MongoDB, Firebase, or Supabase is a plus.
Knowledge of Prisma ORM is an advantage.
Basic understanding of testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as Vercel, AWS, or Azure is an added advantage.
