PHP Developer (0–3 Years Experience)
Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented PHP Developer (0–3 Years Experience) to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PHP, MySQL, and web application development. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing server-side applications while collaborating with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality web solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP.
Design and develop RESTful APIs for frontend and third-party integrations.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards.
Integrate applications with MySQL databases and optimize database queries.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
Maintain technical documentation for applications and APIs.
Stay updated with the latest PHP frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of PHP and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony.
Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Strong knowledge of MySQL database design, queries, and optimization.
Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
Understanding of MVC architecture and design patterns.
Basic knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
Familiarity with Composer and dependency management.
Basic knowledge of Linux server environments is an advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in PHP Web Development.
Fresh graduates with internship or academic project experience are encouraged to apply.
Portfolio or GitHub projects demonstrating PHP development skills are a plus.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Laravel is highly preferred.
Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular is an added advantage.
Familiarity with Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Knowledge of unit testing and debugging techniques.
