Product Manager (0-3 Years Experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Product Manager (0-3 Years Experience) to join our product team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of product management principles, market research, user experience, and Agile methodologies. You will work closely with engineering, design, QA, marketing, sales, and stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality products that meet customer and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

- Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from customers and stakeholders.

- Create and maintain product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, QA, and business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis.

- Prioritize product backlog based on business value and customer needs.

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Monitor product performance using key metrics and recommend improvements.

- Coordinate product releases and ensure timely delivery of features.

- Support product launches by collaborating with marketing and sales teams.

- Continuously identify opportunities to improve user experience and product performance.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Product Management principles and product lifecycle.

- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

- Ability to write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or ClickUp.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Knowledge of market research and competitor analysis.

- Basic understanding of software development processes (SDLC).

- Familiarity with wireframing or prototyping tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Adobe XD.

- Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis is an added advantage.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.

- 0-3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or Product Operations.

- Fresh graduates with product management internships, certifications, or relevant projects are encouraged to apply.

- Product management certifications are an added advantage.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Figma, Miro, or Lucidchart.

- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Power BI.

- Basic knowledge of SQL for product analysis.

- Understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation.

- Familiarity with roadmap planning and product prioritization frameworks (MoSCoW, RICE, Kano).

- Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
