Full Stack Developer (0-3 Years Experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer (0-3 Years Experience) to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both frontend and backend technologies, modern web development frameworks, and database management. You will be responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.

- Develop responsive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.

- Build secure, scalable, and high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs.

- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and databases.

- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.

- Collaborate with designers, testers, and product teams throughout the SDLC.

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.

- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

- Maintain technical documentation for applications and APIs.

- Stay updated with the latest full-stack development tools and technologies.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js (Express.js), Java (Spring Boot), Python (Django/Flask), PHP (Laravel), or .NET Core.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.

- Good understanding of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

- Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.

- Understanding of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth).

- Knowledge of responsive web design and browser compatibility.

- Basic understanding of software design principles and object-oriented programming.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 0-3 years of experience in Full Stack Development or Software Development.

- Fresh graduates with internship experience or strong full-stack projects are encouraged to apply.

- GitHub portfolio or personal projects demonstrating full-stack development skills are a plus.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with TypeScript.

- Familiarity with Redux, Context API, or state management libraries.

- Knowledge of Docker and containerization.

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
